How Varicocele Veins are managed at Dar Al Khebra Center?
We perform Catheter Directed Embolization which is safe and highly effective non-surgical procedure performed under image guidance . The procedure is done with catheters and coils to close the varicocele veins and shrinks them down.
Catheter directed embolization is done to improve the fertility of men who are affected by varicocele and impaired sperm count. It is performed under local anesthesia and patients usually return back to their homes on the same day of the procedure.
